Summary

  • Paul is met by a small child who was the Holy Spirit. The child took him to the third heaven, and Paul entered the fourth heaven. There he looked down and saw the twelve Apostles. Paul then saw angels bring a non-Christian soul from the place of the dead. The soul did not understand why it was not in heaven, and the angels proved why it was not worthy, and it departed. Paul then went into the fifth heaven, where he saw angels beating souls toward judgment. He then entered the sixth heaven, where he saw the other Apostles. Paul then went into the seventh heaven, where he saw an older man in exceedingly white clothing. After conversing with the old man, Paul then went to the "Ogdoad" and then to the ninth heaven, where he greeted those there. He then went to the tenth heaven and greeted those who were there.

Noteworthy from the book
